Terms
NOTHING offers one thing: the experience of voluntarily paying money and receiving nothing in return. By paying, you agree to these terms.
What you pay for
A voluntary payment for a digital experience. You receive no product, service, goods, access, content, membership, token, investment return, interest, prize, lottery or raffle entry, and no charitable or tax receipt. NOTHING is not a charity and payments are not donations.
Delivery
Nothing is delivered in full, immediately after Stripe confirms your payment. The confirmation page is a courtesy, not a product.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Please only spend money you can comfortably afford to lose, because you will.
Leaderboard and nicknames
If you choose a nickname, it and your total paid are shown publicly. We may remove or replace nicknames that are offensive, impersonate someone, or contain personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Amounts are in euros, between €0.50 and €999,999.99 per payment. The amount charged is exactly the amount shown on the Stripe Checkout page.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your payment applies to it.
